Added:
- the ruby-2.1.10 package for mysys2 (without openssl)
- manifest files needed to move the dlls under a subdirectory

monapo font type 
A combined font that uses ipagp.ttf and mona.ttf. It has almost same width as MS P Gothic, so it can show Japanese Ascii Art properly.

mouse & exit fullscreen fixed 
-fix mouse switch
-exit from fullscreen now reverts window to the default size and centers it on the screen

d4b9adc1d1 fluid-fun: Adjust function signature to fluidsynth 2.0 
This breaks compilation with FLUID_SHARED against <2.0 versions,
which should be reasonable given that the default mode can still
dynamically load both variants.

Fixes #219.
